Chief Executive Officer:  Linda Summers Sansing graduated from Texas A & M University in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science in “Education, Curriculum & Instruction”. She received a Master of Science in “Educational Management” in 2001 from the University of Houston Clear Lake, where she is currently earning a doctoral degree in “Educational Leadership.” Mrs. Sansing was employed with the Clear Creek Independent School District as an elementary teacher for eleven years and is certified as a principal and as an “English as a Second Language” (ESL) instructor. She is currently instructing undergraduate students at the University of Houston Clear Lake in “Mathematics Methods”. Mrs. Sansing spent 17 years in a previous career that included 8 years in management.

 

 

 

Chief Financial Officer: Rebecca L. Caudle graduated from the University of Houston Clear Lake in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in “Accounting”. Following graduation, she was employed with Deloitte & Touche, LLP for four years before joining Enron.  She is currently a Certified Public Accountant employed as a Manager with Prejean Company. She has worked for Prejean since June 2002.

 

 

 

Chief Operating Officer: Jennifer L. Simmons graduated from the University of Houston-Clear Lake in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in “Psychology.” She received a Master of Science degree in “Instructional Technology” in 2003. During her Master’s coursework, she co-authored an article with professor Atsusi Hirumi, currently of University of Central Florida, on Virtual K-12 schools. Mrs. Simmons was employed with the Clear Creek Independent School District as an elementary teacher for 12 years. Prior to teaching she worked at NASA as a budget analyst. She is currently on sabbatical to stay home with her baby.
